Here’s a bit of ESL stuff I’ll be using with my class: handout on using tables to build lists of contrasts in writing.

Great hand-out and looks like a fun activity. I’ve done similar things in the past. I don’t teach writing at this job, but taught academic writing for three years. I really enjoyed it, but the work load was just too much for the crappy pay that job offered.
