Tried to post a response to this and it bombed out too. I’m trying to figure out why your email (and presumably others’) are being blocked by a spam filter that is currently switched off. Weird, huh? I’ll try get that sorted out in the next bit. In the meantime, I’ll email you some other email addresses to try.
