Big picture of the bug? Hmmmmmmmm. Oh, the tardigrade. Better? I resized it.

Weird. On Firefox everything looks okay, even my progress bars that seem to be centered in Explorer.

Gord, I have a suggestion: try removing the big picture of the bug from your sidebar. I just noticed that it seems to overstep the right side of your sidebar, and it's also not on the individual post pages.

Weird. I'll experiment in a couple of days... but what's really weird is that it's only on the main page, not the post pages. So weird.

Gord, I find that the main posts are truncated on the left, on the main page (but not on the individual post page). Is it just me with this problem?

Anyway, I hope you enjoy the remainder of your vacation. If you have a lot of time and want to read about some ancient Greek plays, you can check out my blog's long posts on Euripides.

It's true, what you say. I'm much happier with the direction I'm trying to take in blogging less altogether, and basically just focusing on what I've always considered to be my "real" writing.

There are cool K-bloggers to meet and get to know, but the comment sections are perilous waters. As if impressions exist not to be discussed, but to be beaten to death with sledgehammers and clubs.

In any case, I think my last paragraph on the subject is the one which is most useful to me. Seeing an example like this got me thinking about how people will be relating to issues of anonymity and person in such situations 30, 60, or 90 years from now. I'm happy to be in a place where, when I look at things like this, they suggest story ideas to me.

I changed to your feedburner feed. I think you should update your auto discovery to the feedburner feeds so new subscribers will get that one.

Interesting take, despite the fact that I lost interest in the issue five seconds after I first heard about it.

I had my little "hey, let's get involved in the Korean blogosphere" phase. That lasted slightly longer than my interest in the Kushibo/Nora "scandal." It's hard to get involved in meaningful discussion when the noise-to-signal ratio is so high. In fact, the only meaningful discussions I think I've ever had with K-bloggers have been one-on-one, either through email or in person.

Eh?

Where are you subbed?

And is it this feed?

http://feeds.feedburner.com/gordsellar/QdzA

I'm a little surprised, as I know it's showing up fine on the feedburner site, and in the feed I'm self-subbed to over at newsgator.

Gord,

most of your posts don't appear on your RSS feed, I only find them because they get comments and show up on the comments RSS feed.

Right you are. I know that, having subbed, I just happened not to note it in my post, but I'll add that to clarify.

And I agree; I feel there's nothing wrong with adopting multiple personae online, as long as one isn't using them to "gang up" on people with whom one disagrees.

The person in question not only commented as two different persons, but he also blogged as two different persons.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.
