“The lyrics should not contain admirations on war, sex, violence, murder, drug, rape, non-governmental society, imperialism, colonialism, racism, anti-DPRK, and anti-socialism.”

Um, non-governmental society covers an awful lot….

Just what will they be able to play?

Hahaha. It’ll be in English, nobody’ll understand a word of it anyway. :) And besides, who’s going to play at a Pyongyang Woodstock? I can’t see people lining up for that. Though maybe Bono will go, and they’ll keep him locked up. That’d be a nice break.
