Sometimes we get it in spring thunderstorms when the temperature at ground level otherwise fairly mild. Not the failure of the Korean warning, system, bad as that is. No, I mean the fact that apparently we see more hail in Austin, Texas, than you do in Saskatchewan. I mean, winter here lasts about fifteen days, and we typically get hail several times a year. Freaky. Or maybe we just get sissy-hail, stuff Canada shrugs off as routine.... Now that’s just fsck’d up.
