Lime told me today, as we were talking about the educational system in Korea, “I don’t believe this country’s future is so bright.” The reasons she gave, though, were interesting.

Sometimes I google my on name to see what other people (say, students) will see when they google my name. It kills me that in Korea, on one of the major music sites, I’m listed under “Indie Rock/Modern Rock”. It’s not surprising, since that’s the only kind of band I’ve played with here long, but I’d have never expected that. Would be nice to get “jazz” or “avant garde” added to that sometime while I still live here…
New Gadgety Thingo
Yeah, another plugin. The subtitle on the main page, right under “eclexys“, is now a rotating, random little snarky comment. I got a kick out of brainstorming them, though I think I may delete a few as time goes by and I get a better sense of what’s funny and what isn’t. If you hit reload, the tag line should change.
