If only I’d known how easy it is to make static subpages in WordPress, I’ve have shifted over long ago. My plan is to make a new template, slightly different from the “styles” offered here, to display some (or perhaps all) of the static pages I will build. I’ll offer selections of my fiction, verse, and nonfiction, some downloads of music featuring my sax playing, lots of interesting extra content, and more. This is gonna be cool. But… uh… I gotta sleep.
If I Were An RPG Game Character, I’d Be…
I stole this idea from… uh, I can’t remember where. Anyway, some very cool website. I thought it was funny and did it up for my someday-to-be-created “about” page. It’s a character sheet with statistics for me, were I to be a character in my favorite RPG game. Since my favorite game for years has been Wraith: The Oblivion, I used that. The Weird Adaptation
I saw a movie once—actually, not long ago, though I can’t remember which movie it was—in which some characters attended a speed-dating meeting. The characters basically asked one another a series of questions on a timer and then were forced to move to another partner, in quick succession, until they’d made the full rounds and arrived back where they’d started. Well, if that doesn’t sound like something that could be adapted into a good exercise, I don’t know what does. Especially for today’s opening gambit, working through BE and DO questions.
