I can’t believe that I’ve had this Aphex Twin CD (Richard D. James Album, I think it’s called) for over four years — my friend Jack gave me a copy only a couple of days before I left Canada — and in all this time, during many listenings, I never made out exactly where Mr. Aphex was saying he would like some milk from. If I Were An RPG Game Character, I’d Be…

I stole this idea from… uh, I can’t remember where. Anyway, some very cool website. I thought it was funny and did it up for my someday-to-be-created “about” page. It’s a character sheet with statistics for me, were I to be a character in my favorite RPG game. Since my favorite game for years has been Wraith: The Oblivion, I used that. How little things come to one…

I don’t know why, but lines for writing often come to me in the shower. I don’t sing, I think about characters and how they might speak. Here’s today’s little absurdity: “Goddamn it, man! I feel like a hematologist practicing in a bloody Seventh-Day-Adventist’s Colony! town full of Jehhova’s Witnesses!
